You may have heard some refer to me as the "drone lady" but aerial imagery is newer in my portfolio. Photography has gifted me with an obsession to produce art that mirrors the wonders of our surroundings and I also experiment with other mediums.  

Some of my work shows the fine details of the very small: butterflies, flowers, hummingbirds, and water droplets. More often, I’ve been drawn to the incredible light and colours that showcase our landscapes with sunrises and stormy skies and, in recent years, with my camera drones, the majestic beauty captured from above.  Aerial views offer a birds-eye perspective and patterning that we don’t always see. For me, producing photographic and digital art does not stop with the initial capture but typically involves editing and sometimes collage, composite, abstraction and painting techniques and mixed media to use the original images in unique and thought-provoking ways.
